Need IMEI Unlock Code For Samsung i637

I need the IMEI Unlock code for my Samsung i637? 

When I travel to Congo in a few days, I need to be able to use my phone with a SIM card from a local carrier like Vodacom or Zain.  AT&T works well in the capital city of Kinshasa only.

Any help would be appreciated.
